Great Start

Don't you love it when the day starts out with crying and unhappy children. Livy cried the whole time I was trying to get Sommer off to school because I cut her pancake into the wrong shape. I just cut it into pieces but she wanted stripes. Oh the joyful logic of toddlers. So I made a new one and cut it into stripes because I couldn't take the crying anymore. The past couple of days have been days like any other. I'm down 13.5 pounds now which makes me happy. I would like to be down another 4 before we go to Hawaii. Sean and I started tanning to get ready for the trip. I'm going to get one of those Mystic tans the day before we leave. Erik is pretty much set with his Hawaiian wardrope now. He's up to 17 pounds and he has started to attempt to sit by himself. I gave Liv a haircut yesterday. I cut it in a really short bob. I'm going to grow her bangs out. She looks really cute. Yesterday Sommer had her spring concert. I'm kicking myself that I didn't take the camera. We took the video camera instead which is great to have but I don't know how to blog that. Her class sang 3 songs and did actions with it. She did a great job. She was a little nervous as we were preparing to go but she did it. I got a little teary watching her. She has come such a long way with her confidence. Sean's toe is coming along. He doesn't have to take pain killers anymore so that is good. The Flames lost last night so they're out of the playoffs, and Sean was depressed. It is sad. The city is so fun during the playoffs. Well I guess I better go be productive. Have a nice day.
