So one of Sean's patients who is a Czech and know of Sean's Czech background gave us an authentic Czech cook book. These dumplings are a favorite of the family, especially Sean's Dad. I thought I would make an attempt to make some. This is the scarey result. Unfortunately the cook book is not very accurate as far as amounts go.
