Wow can you believe it is May already. April was a bit of a blur. So today Sommer is riding her bike to and from school all day. It is new found freedom for us walking bus moms. I have to admit I was super nervous letting her go this morning but I didn't let her know that. I watched her from my kitchen window all the way to school. You can tell she feels proud of herself. She got a bike lock and she keeps writing the code on her hand so she doesn't forget it. I'm doing some laundry today, folding, washing, drying. It's super exciting! I was down another pound so that's 9.5. It sounds better than it is. I'm relosing weight I already lost. Don't you hate that. I will be really excited to get to new weight territory. I paid the bills, business and home. I love having that done. I still have a bunch of business stuff do to get entered on my computer. The vegetable seeds that we planted for FHE a week ago are totally starting to grow. I have to admit it is pretty exciting. The girls love it. Olivia went to the Science Center for a field trip yesterday. She was gone from 9:00am to 1:30 pm. I have to admit I was also nervous to send her off. It's hard to send your kids off into the world and not be right there to help them. That's where it's nice to know that they are God's children to and that he will watch over them. She had a great time. My neighbor dropped her off and picked her up. (which was really nice) Liv fell asleep in her car on the way home. Last night my girls went crazy. They were crying and being disobedient. They were really tired. Everyone was asleep by 9. Ahh the blissful peace of bedtime. I got my cookies and cream cheesecake and crawled into bed to watch HEROS. I love that show and it was good last night. Well I guess that's about it for now. I'm trying to be a better blogger and there are definitely some people out there that should follow my example.

Congrats on the weight loss! I totally hear you; I'm relosing stuff I already lost before Christmas. My motivation is capoot and it's no fun to be where I've already been. That is cute about Sommer riding to school. I am very paranoid about letting my kids be independant. I"m dreading the school days. Don't you just love Heros?

Lara,

Congrats on the weight loss. It is amazing how 9 pounds can make you feel so much better in your clothes. Instead of clinging they hang a little and I love that feeling. I need to work on getting that feeling again. I am having fears about sending Emma to all day kindergarten. She will LOVE it, but I feel like I am sending her off in to the cruel world. YOu are right about people needing to follow your example and get to blogging. Bunch of slackers.
